Cancellation policy

YAFFÁ — Subscription & Pre-Order Policy

Some items in our shop are offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how these purchases work and how you can modify or cancel them.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries according to the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Each delivery is prepared and shipped with care — just like your first.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each upcoming shipment unless you’ve chosen to prepay in advance.

If you’d like to pause, change, or cancel your subscription, please email hello@yaffa.life at least 30 days before your next scheduled ship date. We’ll confirm your update or cancellation by email.

Because many of our products are handcrafted and prepared seasonally, cancellations requested less than 30 days before the next ship date may apply to the following cycle instead.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are not yet in stock — often our limited-edition or upcoming seasonal releases. When placing a pre-order, you’re securing your item ahead of production or release.

At checkout, we may collect a full payment or a partial deposit and securely store your payment method for the remaining balance. Once your pre-order is ready to ship, we’ll fulfill it and charge the remaining amount (if applicable).

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled by contacting hello@yaffa.life. Once your order has shipped or been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled. Please see our Returns Policy for details on returns and damaged items.
