YAFFÁ — Refund & Returns Policy

Every YAFFÁ piece is made and packaged with great care. Because our products are crafted or assembled in small batches — often by hand and with natural materials — we’re not able to accommodate general returns or exchanges at this time. We appreciate your understanding and your support of small-batch, intentional creation. 🤍
Damages or Incorrect Items
We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your items upon delivery and reach out to us immediately if something isn’t right.
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please email hello@yaffa.life within 6 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review it promptly and do our best to make things right.
Exceptions
Because each item is produced in limited quantities, often personalized by hand, and refreshed seasonally, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, variations in color or texture, or text differences from product photos. For example, candle labels or printed materials (like the Jewish Seasonal Companion) may feature updated language, designs, or dates that differ from earlier images. These variations reflect the evolving and seasonal nature of our work — and are part of what makes every YAFFÁ piece unique.
However, if something feels off or you’re unhappy with your order for another reason, please reach out. We’ll always do our best to help.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing a justification. This right applies only to unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact hello@yaffa.life with your order number. You’ll need to include proof of purchase, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
