Every order from YAFFÁ is packed with care and intention — we want your experience to feel as special as what’s inside. Below you’ll find details about how and when your order ships.
Processing Time
Because our products are crafted and assembled in small batches, please allow up to 7 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak times or launches, processing may take a bit longer — we appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare each order with care.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as it’s on its way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and carrier rates.
Free or discounted shipping promotions may be offered occasionally; details will be shared on the product page or during checkout when available.
Domestic Shipping
Orders ship from Texas via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient route. Transit times typically range from 2–7 business days within the United States.
Once your order has shipped, YAFFÁ is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to your tracking link for the latest updates.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Transit times vary and may take several weeks depending on customs processing in your country.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their local authorities. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or reimburse these costs.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please first check with your neighbors and local carrier office. If the issue persists, email us at hello@yaffa.life with your order number and tracking information. We’ll do our best to help you locate your package or file a claim if applicable.
Please note that once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, YAFFÁ cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location whenever possible.
Packaging & Sustainability
We use eco-conscious materials whenever possible — recyclable boxes and natural protective wrap — because beauty and sustainability belong together. Some items may ship in separate packages to ensure safe delivery.
Order Changes & Address Updates
Because we begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed, we may not be able to accommodate address changes once processing has begun. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout and contact us immediately at hello@yaffa.life if you notice an error. We’ll do our best to assist if your order hasn’t yet shipped.
